Brandon Jay McLaren in "Yeti: Curse of the Snow Demon" (2008)

Former Red Ranger, Brandon Jay McLaren (Jack, SPD) played a supporting role in the science fiction flick "Yeti: Curse of the Snow Demon." In the film a college football team, traveling to a game when their plane crashes in the Himalayas, are forced to deal with frosty temperatures, a dwindling food supply and of course the ravenous Yeti. McLaren plays Rice (not the only character whose name is taken from a real-life football player) who survives the crash with a mild injury. He becomes a source of knowledge for the survivors, due to his knowledge of the myths surrounding the yeti. Despite a few close calls with the yeti, surprisingly, Rice survives the entire film and is rescued with three of his friends. McLaren's co-star Elfina Luk played the partner in crime of Jorgito Varas Jr. on "Smallville." Given McLaren's large role, a full zip of his screencaps is available to download below.
