Two years after his big screen MMPR appearance, Jamie Croft (Fred Kelman, MMPR: The Movie) starred in the Australian kids film "Joey." Croft plays Billy McGregor, a young animal lover who finds a baby kangaroo whose parents have been captured and taken to neighboring Sydney to compete in illegal boxing. With the young joey in tow, Billy ventures into the city to attempt to rescue the kangaroo's family, with the help of an American girl he meets in the city who is neglected by her Ambassador father. Jamie Croft appeared in almost every scene of the film.
