Amy Jo Johnson (Kimberly, MMPR) continued her starring role on the CBS drama "Flashpoint," into the ninth episode of the first season titled "Planets Aligned." The episode focuses on her character, Jules Callaghan, who is nervous about an upcoming psychological evaluation which is required in her job. Meanwhile, the SRU team is called into a dramatic hostage situation, after a young girl is abducted by a man, whom the SRU team discover has another teenaged girl living in his home, whom he has brainwashed into loving him and rejecting thoughts of her family after her original abduction. Given the sensitive situation, Jules is forced to step up at a moment's notice to talk to the girl and get her to disarm and release her hostage. In the end, Jules is successful. Johnson's pregnancy was very evident in this episode, in shots showing her full frame. This was the final episode of "Flashpoint" to air as part of Season 1, although 13 episodes were filmed.
