Wild Force villain Ilia Volok (Dr. Viktor Adler/Master Org, Wild Force) guest starred on the short-lived ABC political drama "Commander in Chief," which told the story of the first-ever female president of the United States. Volok appeared in the show's fourth episode titled "First Dance," playing the president of Russia, Dmitri Kharkov who travels to the United States for his first meeting with the new president. Kharkov tries to assert his male dominance in front of the press, pushing President Allen to make an outburst about Russian policy, including his ignorance of US hostages being held in his country. Kharkov is deeply offended and appears ready to return home without attending the planned state dinner in his honor. President Allen convinces him by talking to his wife who gets him to attend. The two presidents spark more controversy when they share a dance, frowned upon by the political figures in attendance.
