Alycia Purrott in "The Cutting Edge 3: Chasing the Dream" (2008)


Alycia Purrott (Syd, SPD) played a major supporting role in the third of the "The Cutting Edge" series of films. Purrott appeared in the role of Misha Pressel, a professional Russian ice skater who is known for her harsh treatment of her partner and her scandalous personal life. The film's main character Zack is forced into taking Misha on as a partner after his longtime partner is seriously injured, but he resists the offer and chooses his own partner. Although Misha is turned off when he reveals what her partner told him about her, she later helps Zack when a tabloid scandal ruins his new partnership and his old one at the same time. Purrott appeared in several scenes of the film and even performed her own skating stunts.

Firass Dirani on "Kick" - 7 (2007)


Firass Dirani (Nick/Bowen, Mystic Force) continued his recurring role on the New Zealand comedy series "Kick" into the show's ninth episode. Titled "Baby, Believe Me!" the episode finds his character real estate agent Amen Salim surprising his sister and her fiance with their new apartment, which she panics in after seeing it's across the street from her secret girlfriend's place. Later, Amen finds himself on the receiving end of trouble when he attends the local soccer match with his new girlfriend and begins heckling star player Tatiana who previously spurned his advances. Fed up with his antics, Tatiana nails him below the waist with the soccer ball.

Kevin Duhaney in "In His Father's Shoes" (1997)



Kevin Duhaney (Ethan, Dino Thunder) played a supporting role in the 1997 television movie "In His Father's Shoes." The film follows a young man named Clay (played by Robert Ri'chard). After his father's death from cancer, Clay decides to try on his father's shoes, which transport him to the past where he takes on his father's life as a kid. In the past, Clay meets his father's best friends Bruce and Dennis, who stand by him through the perils of their lives in the 60's. Duhaney plays Bruce and appears in several scenes of the film.

Amy Jo Johnson, Richard Lee Jackson & Wally Wingert on "Saved by the Bell: The New Class" (1996)

Amy Jo Johnson (Kimberly, MMPR) made a guest appearance during the fourth season of "Saved by the Bell: The New Class." In the episode "Backstage Pass," she appears as Linda, a mall employee who crosses paths with Screech (played by Dustin Diamond) at his Summer job. Screech instantly falls for her and decides to enter himself in a dance competition to win backstage passes to an awards show, which he hopes to take Linda to. Johnson appears in several scenes of the episode. She is the third PR alum featured on the blog from "Saved by the Bell: The New Class" after Danny Slavin and Justin Nimmo. Also appearing in this episode is series star Richard Lee Jackson (Jeremy, MMPR) who also competes for the backstage passes, putting him into direct competition with his friends and stepbrother, Nicky, who eventually wins the tickets only to give them to Screech for his date with Linda. Voice actor Wally Wingert (voice of Psycho Blue, Space) portrays radio d.j. Don Lewis who appears at the mall to promote the contest. He appears in several scenes of the episode as well.
