Archie Kao in "Local Boys" (2002)



Three years after his stint as Blue Ranger, Archie Kao (Kai, Lost Galaxy) appeared in the feature film "Local Boys," which tells the story of Randy Dobson, a teenager who struggles to help his mother raise his young brother, while also pursuing his surfing dreams in Hawaii. Archie portrays one of Randy's closest friends, a native Hawaiian named David Kamelamela. Archie appears in several scenes of the film. Grant McFarland & Daniel Sing on "Xena: Warrior Princess" - 2 (1997)

In "The Debt: Part 2," Grant McFarland (Lothor/Sensei Watanabe, Ninja Storm) and Daniel Sing (Kiya/Kanoi Watanabe, Ninja Storm) reprise their roles. McFarland portrays Chin king Ming Tzu, whom Xena carries a long-standing vendetta against in her past, which leads to his death. In the present, she travels to Chin to kill his adult son, Ming Tien (played by Sing), to repay an old debt to a woman who saved her life from Ming Tzu's wrath. Daniel Sing appears in most of the episode, interacting with both series regulars Lucy Lawless and Renee O'Connor.

Jason Faunt in "Totem" (1999)

Jason Faunt (Wes/Alex, Time Force) followed up his big screen debut in "Witchouse" with a starring role in another horror flick. In "Totem," Faunt portrays Paul Maglia, one of six strangers who are drawn to an abandoned cabin in the woods, where they discover they are the pawns of demonic forces looking to unleash themselves on the world, by controlling the group and using them to sacrifice one another. Faunt does not survive the melee, but he does receive top billing in the credits. A full zip of his screencaps are available for download at the bottom of the post.

Karan Ashley on "The Steve Harvey Show" (1999)



Karan Ashley (Aisha, MMPR) guest starred on "The Steve Harvey Show" during its fourth season, playing the role of Carrie McKnight, a student at the show's fictional high school who competes in the "Miss Booker T" pageant, competing against series regulars, Lori Beth Denberg and William Lee Scott. Karan appears in two scenes of the episode, with a speaking part in only the pageant scene. This would be the first of two appearances for her on "The Steve Harvey Show."
