Ron Roggé on "Treme" - 2 (2012)

Ron Roggé (Captain Mitchell, Lightspeed) reprised his role as Officer O'Connor on the New Orleans drama "Treme" last month. Roggé appeared in a pivotal scene of the fifth episode of the show's third season, titled "I Thought I Heard Buddy Bolden Say." As the residents of New Orleans protest the City Council's decision to tear down some of the city's housing projects, Officer O'Connor is front and center with the police force, attempting to keep the people under control, leading to a riot. When they break through the fence separating them from the City Council, the police use their tazers to subdue the rioters. Officer O'Connor can be seen spraying pepper spray indiscriminately towards the people, including main character Albert Lambreaux, whom O'Connor encountered in his previous appearance back in Season 1. When O'Connor announces that Albert will be headed back to prison, another officer urges O'Connor not to arrest him, to prevent public outcry.

Season 3 of "Treme" currently airs on HBO
