Jack Guzman on "Life" (2008)


Jack Guzman (Danny, Wild Force) appeared recently on the NBC crime drama "Life." In the second episode of the show's second season, Guzman guest starred as a gang member who provides the police with valuable information in the case being investigated by Crews and Reese (series stars Damian Lewis and Sarah Shahi). Although his partner is reluctant to talk to the cops, Guzman's character does manage to identify a possible suspect in the case. Guzman appeared in three scenes of the episode titled "Everything...All the Time" and was credited as Gang Banger #2. His character's name was not revealed, despite Guzman having several lines in the episode.

Nathalie Boltt in "Doomsday" (2008)


Operation Overdrive guest star Nathalie Boltt (Jessica Jeffries, Overdrive) played a supporting role in the 2008 action thriller "Doomsday." The film is an apocalyptic tale of a virus that was unleashed, mutating & killing most of the inhabitants of Scotland, causing it to be quarantined. Decades later, the Reaper virus hits another major city and a team of specialists are sent into the quarantine area to find the cure after people are seen alive in Scotland. Boltt appeared in several scenes as Jane Harris, a high-ranking member of the British Prime Minister's team. Boltt's character outlines the quarantine plans for the city when the new virus breaks out. She is present in several scenes of the film. The film stars Rhona Mitra, Bob Hoskins and Malcolm McDowell.

Erin Cahill in "Modern Day Jesus" - Web Short (2008)



Erin Cahill (Jen, Time Force) lent her acting talents to the web comedy series "Modern Day Jesus," which finds Jesus in present time, trying to live a normal life, despite his godly status. Cahill appears in the holiday short titled "Santa vs. Jesus." Cahill plays Julie, Jesus' girlfriend who brings Jesus home to meet her family, only to discover that her family has invited her ex-boyfriend, Kris (a.k.a. Santa Claus). This leads to awkwardness between the two as Julie's family prefers Santa to Jesus, until her brother begins choking and needs some divine intervention to survive.

Jorgito Vargas Jr. in "Journey to the Center of the Earth" (2008)


Jorgito Vargas Jr. (Blake, Ninja Storm) appeared briefly in the television movie "Journey to the Center of the Earth." Not to be confused with the recent big screen feature starring Brendan Fraser, this TV movie aired in January and is loosely based on the original Jules Verne novel. Adventurer Jonathan Brock (played by Rick Schroder) leads an expedition to find the missing husband of the rich Martha Dennison (played by Victoria Pratt). The group soon finds themselves in a hidden world at the center of Earth. They are at the mercy of a rogue tribe of natives, known as the Wakinta. Jorgito Vargas Jr. appears as one of the Wakinta, who attacks in an effort to free members of the tribe that have been taken prisoner by the natives who worship Martha's husband as a god since his arrival. Vargas has no lines.
