Eka Darville (Scott, RPM) kicked off his recurring roel on the new CW vampire drama, "The Originals." Darville reprised his role from the appropriately titled episode "The Originals," of the "The Vampire Diaries," which aired last season to set up the new spinoff. Darville's character, Diego, a member of the powerful vampire villain Marcel's New Orleans family, appears in the background of a few scenes of "The Originals" first episode, titled "Always and Forever." Though he does not have any lines during the hour, Darville does get to show off his vampire look as Marcel's crew strikes fear in the hearts of their enemies, a coven of witches. Darville will continue his role throughout the season, as Marcel's vampire family faces off against the original vampire family that once ruled New Orleans.
