Brandon Jay McLaren on "The Killing" (2011)

AMC's new drama series "The Killing" chronicles several interconnected stories that stem from the investigation into the death of a teenage girl named Rosie Larsen. From her family, to her friends, to the investigators, to the local political situation, the story is tackled from several different points of view, as interested parties (and potential suspects) pay close attention to the murder case. Former Red Ranger, Brandon Jay McLaren (Jack, SPD) appears on the series as Bennet Ahmed, a teacher at the local high school, where Rosie Larsen was a student. He is present when Rosie's best friend, Sterling, is questioned about her being missing. Bennet seems to have a friendship with Sterling, who is a student in Bennet's class. McLaren's character is also later questioned by the police about Rosie, since he chaperoned the dance where she was last seen. He is also present when the police return in the second episode after discovering Rosie's dead body. He alerts his students, Sterling & Jasper that the police want to question them and he sits in during Sterling's questioning. The screencaps below come from the first two episodes of the series, "Pilot" and "The Cage."
