Episode #44 of "The Tribe's" third season found Dwayne Cameron
(Tyzonn, Overdrive) continuing to mend from his injuries suffered after a drunken fight in the city's casino. His character, Bray, is nursed back to health by a tribe of horse traders, led by Pony Joe, played by Kelson Henderson
(Boom, SPD). Henderson makes his final appearance on the series, as Pony Joe reveals that his tribe is moving on, further away from the city. He makes it very clear to Bray that he isn't welcomed to come with them. Pony Joe remains jealous that Bray has taken the attentions of Moon, a beautiful girl in Pony Joe's tribe. When Bray reveals his identity to the tribe, Pony Joe tells him that he came across another member of the Mallrats outside the city. When Bray learns that Ryan is still alive, he returns to the city. (Flynn, RPM) continued his starring role as KC, who is surprised to find his horse Apollo is being softened by spending more time with his fellow Mallrat, Salene who is determined to help the horse regain its innocence. When Bray returns, KC is there with Salene to greet him. When Bray tells Salene that her husband Ryan is alive somewhere outside the city, she hops onto Apollo and rides out of the city to find him, leaving KC upset that the horse is gone after he planned to race him for profit. (Vella, Overdrive) do not appear in this episode, as their characters Trudy & Amber remain hostage off-screen.
