Sicily in "Super Sweet 16: The Movie" (2007)


Sicily (Young Aisha, MMPR) played a supporting role in the 2007 teen film "Super Sweet 16: The Movie." Produced by MTV, and inspired by their reality series of the same name, the film follows two best friends who share the same birthday. When one of them joins the school's elite clique, they become rivals, planning to outdo each other with their dueling "Sweet 16" parties. Sicily appears as one of the mean girls, Chloe Spears. She endures rude remarks about her weight from her supposed best friend and leader, Taylor (played by Alyson Michalka) until she finally learns the error of her ways and dumps her old friend for some new ones.

Ilia Volok in "Charlie Wilson's War" (2007)

 

Wild Force villain Ilia Volok (Viktor Adler/Master Org, Wild Force) appeared briefly in the 2007 Academy Award-nominated film "Charlie Wilson's War." Volok appears as a Russian helicopter pilot who is shot down along with two other choppers after Charlie Wilson fights to provide weapons for the Afghan rebels who are being occupied by the Soviet Union in the 1980's. Volok appears in only one scene and speaks only Russian, as you can see from the subtitles in the screencaps. The big screen drama stars Tom Hanks, Julia Roberts and Phillip Seymour Hoffman.

Keith Robinson on "Canterbury's Law" - 5 (2008)

Keith Robinson (Joel, Lightspeed) continued his starring role on the FOX legal drama "Canterbury's Law" into its fifth episode titled "Trade-Off." In the episode, Liz Canterbury considers giving in to the pressure from the District Attorney's office to send her to prison for jury tampering. Chester teams up with her partner Russell to prevent this from happening by re-opening an old case argued by the DA, where his own suspicious tactics were used. When they discover the DA destroyed evidence, they effectively get Liz off the hook. Hilary Shepard Turner on "Dream On" (1990)


Hilary Shepard Turner (Divatox, Turbo) appeared in the very first episode of the HBO comedy series "Dream On." The appropriately titled episode "The First Episode" features Turner as a date of the show's main character, Martin Tupper. She is credited as "Date 2." The series follows Martin Tupper just as his divorce from his wife becomes finalized and he attempts to start dating again, but develops a fear of commitment. When Turner's character brings up wanting a long-term relationship, he lies to her, claiming he only has a short time to live, which shocks her. Turner appears in one extended scene of the episode.

Cerina Vincent on "Bones" (2006)




Former Yellow Ranger Cerina Vincent (Maya, Lost Galaxy) made a brief appearance on the hit FOX series "Bones" during its second season. In the episode titled "The Girl in Suite 2103," Vincent appears as Denise, a waitress and friend of a victim that is at the center of an investigation of a hotel room explosion. Vincent appears in only one scene, where she gives Bones & Booth some vital information on their case. Denise also tries to flirt with Booth (played by David Boreanaz), which he doesn't seem to notice.

Edward Laurence Albert in "Fighting Words" (2007)



Edward Laurence Albert (Mr. Collins, Time Force) appeared in the 2007 film "Fighting Words" which was one of the final movies he filmed before his death in September 2006. Albert appears in the role of Marc Neihauser, an uptight book publisher, who allows his young employee to sanction a poetry competition, featuring several talented young poets. He later fires her when he discovers she has HIV. By the end of the film, he rehires her and congratulates her new love on his victory in the competition. Albert appears in several scenes of the independent film.
