"Crazy" tells the life story of legendary guitar player Hank Garland, a Nashville native who rose to prominence in the music industry in the 1950's. In a time when African Americans were discriminated against, Garland was a positive voice against segregation in music. In his personal life, Garland faced many demons often multiplied by his talent and arrogance, including a loveless marriage. Brad Hawkins (voice of Trey/Gold Ranger, Zeo) appeared briefly in the film, playing famous country singer, Bobby Helms. Hawkins appeared in only one scene, where Helms is shown working alongside Garland. Bobby Helms was best known for the Christmas classic "Jingle Bell Rock." Despite his musical talent, Brad Hawkins does not sing in the film.
"Crazy" is available on DVD
