Amy Jo Johnson (Kimberly, MMPR) continued her starring role on "Flashpoint" in the eighth episode of Season 2. In the episode titled "Aisle 13," her character Jules Callaghan makes her first visit to SRU Headquarters since the shooting that sidelined her. She barely pays any attention to her boyfriend, Sam Braddock, whom she passes in the hallway on her way to meet with their sergeant to discuss returning to duty. Sam & Jules make dinner plans so they can talk. Johnson appears again at the end of the episode. Jules breaks the news to Sam that their relationship can't continue if she's going to come back to work with the team. She also reveals that she told Sgt. Parker about the affair. The only way for them to continue with their relationship is if one of them transferred to another team. When neither are in favor of that, they agree to end their romance.
Season 2 of "Flashpoint" is currently airing on CBS
Episode #33 of "The Tribe's" third series was a milestone. It also featured 5 Power Ranger alums. The episode features the climax of the Mallrats' fight to liberate their city and free their captured friends and family who are being held inside the mall at the hands of The Guardian, who has grown more and more mentally unbalanced in recent weeks leading him to place a bomb inside the mall. Bray, played by Dwayne Cameron (Tyzonn, Overdrive), uses this to his advantage to get inside of the mall. He dresses as his dead brother Zoot, whom The Guardian has worshipped. Pretending to be his brother's spirit, Bray convinces The Guardian that he has gone too far. With the bomb ticking down, everyone watches as The Guardian is convinced to give the code to stop the bomb. Antonia Prebble (Clare, Mystic Force) continues in her role as Trudy, who is there for the liberation of the tribe. She also plays a critical role in the fallout. Her fellow tribe member and friend Salene grew to believe The Guardian's preaching about Zoot's return. She is convinced with him but after seeing that it is a hoax by Bray, Salene loses all faith in everything and heads to the roof to jump. Trudy manages to convince her not to, by showing Salene the hope she has with her baby. Ari Boyland (Flynn, RPM) also plays a pivotal role in this episode since his character KC is the one who gives Bray the idea to disguise himself as Zoot to trick The Guardian. KC is heralded as a hero in the celebration. Beth Allen (Vella, Overdrive) continues her role as Bray's love, the pregnant Amber who is ready for a future with him now that The Guardian has been stopped. She is there to comfort Bray as he realizes that his brother's legacy will always be one of violence and hate. Rounding out the PR cast is Miriama Smith (Elsa, Dino Thunder) who makes her very first appearance in this episode. Smith portrays Moz, the leader of an eccentric tribe of women known as the Mosquitos, for their ability to get under the skin of those they disagree with. Moz leads a mob to the mall at the end of the episode, demanding that the Mallrats send out The Guardian so that he can pay for his crimes at the hands of those he's wronged.
Series 3 of "The Tribe" is available on DVD (Non-US)
