Andrew Laing on "Spartacus: Gods of the Arena" (2011)
Andrew Laing (Master Lope, Jungle Fury; voice of Venjix, RPM) reprised his role as Magistrate Sextus in the "Spartacus" universe. Though he was killed in the final episode of "Spartacus: Blood and Sand's" first season, Laing appears alive and well in the first episode of the prequel series "Spartacus: Gods of the Arena." Sextus makes a small appearance in the episode titled "Past Transgressions," where he oversees a battle in the streets between gladiators belonging to Tullius and the up & coming Batiatus (played by John Hannah). Laing appears in only one scene of the episode. He appears alongside his Jungle Fury co-star, Stephen Lovatt, who portrays Tullius on the prequel series. Lovatt provided the voice of Hamhock in the Jungle Fury episode, "Bad to the Bone."
