Karim Prince in "Self-Medicated" (2005)

Karim Prince (Cestro, MMPR-Zeo) played a supporting role in the independent film, "Self-Medicated." The film, based on true events, follows teenaged Andrew Eriksen, a young man who is trying to heal after the loss of his father. He turns to delinquent behavior and helps create a turbulent home life for himself and his mother. When Andrew becomes too much to handle, his mother places him into the care of a teen rehabilitation facility. Prince portrays Steve, one of the counselors who surprises Andrew in his home in the middle of the night, dragging him away to the facility. Steve is also in charge of physical fitness at the facility and assists in the search for Andrew when he executes an escape from the facility, along with some of the other teens. Prince appears in several scenes of the film. "Self-Medicated" was written and directed by Monty Lapica, who also stars as Andrew.
