Amy Jo Johnson (Kimberly, MMPR) continued her starring role on the police drama "Flashpoint" into the second episode of season 2. The episode titled "Backwards Day," finds her character Jules Callaghan paranoid over her job, thanks to her decision to get intimate with her teammate Sam Braddock (series regular David Paetkau). When the two are the first to respond to a domestic dispute, they are thrust into the middle of a hostage situation involving an angry wife and her husband's one-time mistress. Jules has a plan to enter through the sunroof and diffuse the situation, but the team goes with Sam's plan instead and one of the women ends up stabbed in the process. Jules rips into Sam during the team's debriefing and the two ultimately decide to take a break from their off-duty activities.
Season 2 of "Flashpoint" is currently airing on CBS and CTV
