Gareth Yuen (Dax, Overdrive) continued his starring role on the frontier series "Ponderosa" into its fourth episode. Titled "Bare Knuckles," the story follows Ben Cartwright's son, Hoss, who decides to take part in a bare knuckle boxing contest against a traveler who has a knack for winning every challenge and taking the money of those that bet against him in the process. Despite his father's warnings, Hoss competes, but it's Ben who comes to his rescue in the end. Yuen's character, Hop Sing, appears in several scenes to give advice and watch the fights, tending to the Cartwrights' injuries.
Season 1 of "Ponderosa" is available on DVD
