Kevin Duhaney in "Conviction" (2002)

Kevin Duhaney (Ethan, Dino Thunder) played a supporting role in the 2002 crime drama "Conviction," based on the true story of Carl Upchurch, a man who rose from his criminal past to become an activist who reached out to help others so they wouldn't follow the same path. Duhaney appears at the beginning of the film playing Upchurch in an extended flashback sequence to his teenaged years when his criminal life began. Duhaney plays the young version of the character who is portrayed by Omar Epps as an adult. Also appearing in the film is "Smallville's" Aaron Ashmore, who Duhaney starred with in "Treed Murray." Both movies were filmed in their home country of Canada.
