Erin Cahill (Jen, Time Force) made a major guest appearance on "House" in the seventh season episode titled "Message Therapy." Cahill appeared throughout the episode as Margaret McPherson, a young woman who is admitted to the hospital after being frightened in her home where she began to vomit uncontrollably. While in the hospital, she begins having hallucinations and even a heart attack. In the process of trying to figure out her medical ailment, the doctors soon discover that her medical history is tainted due to a false identity. Margaret reveals her real name is Jenny and she has been hiding from an abusive first husband. Her current spouse is shocked to learn about that and as more cracks in her story begin to appear, it's discovered that the true ailment behind Margaret's predicament is schizophrenia, which she has been keeping secret.
