Firass Dirani's (Nick/Bowen, Mystic Force) role as John Ibrahim continued in the eleventh episode of "Underbelly: The Golden Mile." John appears in court to answer about his connections to the police force, which is facing major charges due to corruption. When John refuses to discuss his romantic relationship with constable Wendy Jones, he is charged with contempt and sent to prison for several hours. John still refuses to answer about Wendy upon his return and is dismissed, just in time to see one of his friends has died from a drug overdose. John attends his funeral and later gets the news that the conspiracy charges against him are being dropped. He then gets a call from Wendy, thanking him for respecting her and what happened between them.
