Dan Ewing (Dillon, RPM) followed in the footsteps of fellow former Ranger, Richard Brancatisano, when he returned to "Home and Away" last year and, like Brancatisano, played a completely different character. Dan Ewing appeared in four episodes back in 2007, as surfer Reuben Humphries, but when Ewing joined the Aussie soap fulltime in January 2011, he took on the role of Heath Braxton, an apparent bad boy and member of the notorious River Boys, a group of tattooed, trouble-making surfers led by the Braxton brothers. The boys descend upon Summer Bay just as local cop, Angelo is trying to get his side business, a nightclub, to take off. He hosts a special singles night and Heath & his brother show up with The River Boys, causing a stir that ultimately leads to a major bar fight when Angelo intervenes to stop Heath's attempts to flirt with his friend Leah as she emerges from the bathroom. Ewing appears in a handful of scenes during Episode #5233.
"Home and Away" currently airs on Seven Network (Australia)
