Vernon Wells in "The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" (2006)

Time Force villain Vernon Wells (Ransik, Time Force) played a supporting role in the direct-to-dvd feature film "The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde." The film takes a different spin on the classic Robert Louis Stevenson novel. In this version, Dr. Jekyll (played by Tony Todd) is experimenting with chimps and injects himself with an drug that has not been tested on humans, causing him to transform into the hideous and demented Mr. Hyde, who terrorizes innocent women, due to the hormonal changes in his body. Wells portrays Jekyll's friend and colleague Dr. Dennis Lanyon, who supports his research until he discovers that Jekyll and the demented janitor Hyde are the same person. Lanyon is present for the climactic finale and seeks to protect Dr. Jekyll's wife who becomes his target.

"The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" is available on DVD
