Wild Force villain Ilia Volok (Viktor Adler/Master Org, Wild Force) appeared in the film "Spinning Boris," where he played an Elvis impersonator. Volok appears in several scenes of the film which is set in Russia, where three American political consultants are hired to help with President Boris Yeltsin's re-election campaign with his approval ratings in the gutter. Volok becomes an advisor of sorts himself as he interacts with the film's three stars (Jeff Goldblum, Liev Shrieber & Anthony LaPaglia) when they visit an American-themed bar where Volok's unnamed character is performing as Elvis. He proceeds to give them advice on their attempts to help the Russian president's campaign and also passes on secret information from the opposing side in the election.
