Ron Roggé (Captain Mitchell, Lightspeed) made a brief appearance during the very first season of the crime drama "Criminal Minds." Roggé appeared in the show's fourth episode titled "Plain Sight," playing an unnamed police officer. When the investigative team is called upon to help catch a serial rapist in San Diego, they head into another department's jurisdiction. While out observing the neighborhoods where the crimes have taken place, the team's leader Jason Gideon (series star Mandy Patinkin) is questioned by Roggé's character as he patrols the neighborhood. After Gideon explains who he is, the officer continues on his patrol.
