Wild Force villain Ilia Volok (Dr. Viktor Adler/Master Org, Wild Force) guest starred on the first season of the long-running medical drama "ER." Volok appeared in the show's twenty-third episode titled "Love Among the Ruins," where he played Kovalev, a cab driver who is treated in the ER for some minor wounds suffered to his head. While he's stitched up by Dr. Carter (series star Noah Wyle) and Dr. Lewis (series star Sherri Stringfield), he shows them his second business which is a dating service which Kovalev runs amongst the customers who use his cab service. He shows them photos of his successful match-making attempts. Dr. Lewis is taken aback when she sees her ex-boyfriend amongst the happy couples. Although Dr. Carter refuses Kovalev's offer to find him a date, the cab driver takes his picture with intentions to find Dr. Carter a match.
