Ron Roggé (Captain Mitchell, Lightspeed) made a brief appearance during the fifth season of the hit comedy "That '70s Show." Roggé appeared in one scene of the episode titled "Hey Hey What Can I Do," which revolves around the show's teen characters looking for employment at a local job fair. When Kelso (played by Ashton Kutcher) imagines himself becoming a successfull police officer, he envisions himself stopping a robbery and saving a beautiful girl. Roggé appears as the unnamed robber in Kelso's fantasy. He has only one brief line before he's taken out by Officer Kelso. Roggé is the second PR actor featured on the blog for appearing on "That '70s Show" after Christopher Khayman Lee, who ironically also appeared in a character's fantasy sequence on the show the following year.
