Erin Cahill (Jen, Time Force) continued her recurring role on the police drama "Saving Grace," during the eight episode of the show's third season. Cahill's character, reporter Kendra Burke finds herself scrutinized by her fiancé Butch (series regular Bailey Chase) when they find her connected to their latest bizarre murder investigation. Kendra reveals that she was preparing a major story about a drug company and the victim was her whistle blower. Butch isn't happy that Kendra could be involved and now in danger from whoever killed the man. This leads to a major argument between the two over how dangerous their jobs are. Kendra is offended that he would expect her to drop her story just because of the murder when Butch deals with murder on the job every day. Kendra works with the detectives to get more clues as she continues to gather information for her story.
