Patricia Ja Lee (Cassie, Turbo-Space) had a starring role in the Hong Kong action film "Extreme Challenge." Lee played the role of Tang Ning, a young fighter who seeks to join the Extreme Challenge competition, with an exclusive sports contract on the line. Tang Ning seeks to prove herself, despite her well-known father's popularity. She finds an instant connection with fellow competitor Jin Fang, who is a martial arts expert who is often ruled by his compassion instead of killer instinct. He is surprised by the arrival of Kuang Kin, whom he shared a master with. Unlike Jin, his killer instinct is firmly intact and when he meets Tang Ning in the semifinals of the competition, he tears her apart as Jin is forced to watch. This sets up their climactic final battle. Although she is eliminated, Lee continues to appear in the film as she cheers on Jin from the sidelines.
