Ron Roggé (Captain Mitchell, Lightspeed) made a quick guest appearance on the season premiere of "Southland" last week. The actor appeared in one of the early scenes of the episode titled "Phase Three," playing a police officer who is being briefed along with his colleagues. When they are informed about one of their comrades being away in rehab, Roggé's character makes a joke about wishing he had a drinking problem. A card is sent around the room for the officers to sign. Although Roggé is credited only as 'Cop,' the last name Williams can be seen on his name tag. "Southland" stars Ben McKenzie and Michael Cudlitz can be seen seated directly behind Roggé in the scene.
Season 2 of "Southland" is currently airing on TNT
