Michelle Langstone (Kat, SPD) continued her recurring role as Fiona Webb Ryan on "McLeod's Daughters." In the sixth season episode "Wild Horses," Fiona returns from her honeymoon, without her new husband Alex, prompting immediate questions. Fiona reveals that Ryan decided to stay in Argentina longer so he could spend more time with his brother Nick, while Fiona returned home because of important work. She is stunned to discover Alex's stepmother Sandra is living in the Ryan family home, since she had been thrown out by Alex's father Harry shortly before his death. Sandra tells Fiona that she and Alex's father were planning to reunite before he died, therefore she should control their ranch property. Fiona is ready to call Alex about the coup when Sandra reveals to Fiona that she knows about her faulty pregnancy. Fiona is trapped into letting her have her way without Alex knowing. Fiona does feel more secure though when she finds a letter to Harry about expediting his divorce proceedings. Fiona threatens to expose Sandra, if she exposes her pregnancy lie.
