The Emmy-nominated television movie "Ike: Countdown to D-Day" chronicles the efforts of Dwight Eisenhower (played by Tom Selleck) to orchestrate one of the most important military actions in history in the months leading up to the D-Day invasion. Jungle Fury master Paul Gittins
(Master Finn, Jungle Fury) appears in a few scenes of the film as Maj. General Henry Miller, who spills information about the invasion plans after getting drunk during a public dinner. Although he's friends with Eisenhower, Ike is left with no choice but to send Henry home, relieving him of his position for endangering the plan. Miller's dinner guest for the evening was a colonel by the name of Edgar, played by PR voice actor Bruce Hopkins
(voice of Choobo, Ninja Storm). Edgar is enjoying their dinner talk until he realizes that Miller has mentioned confidential information. Edgar tries to get him to be quiet, but he continues to divulge the information at an even louder tone, getting the attention of those around them. Hopkins appears in only one scene. Another PR voice actor, Andrew Robertt
(voice of Morticon, Mystic Force) also appears in one scene. Robertt portrays a lieutenant with the 101st Airbourne division who were vital to Eisenhower's D-Day strike plans. Ike visits with the troops before their scheduled departure, where he's greeted by the lieutenant. After briefing his men on Eisenhower's arrival, they are all pleasantly surprised to hear of his interest in their personal lives, given the sacrifice they were prepared to make.
